NOTE:Any custom options or upgrades during pre-construction are totally the responsibility of the buyer, including finding all materials, hiring preparation of designs and plans (if necessary) and submitting a Change Order request, which may be (1) accepted and priced or (2) rejected by the seller/developer.
The contract will specify the date by which all standard finishes must be chosen and the date by which all other Change Order requests must be submitted in writing. No further change requests will be accepted after this date.
